KOSSUTH LAJOS STREET APARTMENT BUILDING

On the plot in Budafok, Kossuth Lajos Street, in a transitional position, there are ground-floor and ground-floor + 1-storey residential buildings that are adjacent to the street plot boundaries. The client is the owner of the eastern part of the plot, facing Kossuth Lajos Street (50%). The plot on Magdolna Street will remain unchanged, while the building on the plot owned by the client will be demolished. The design task is to create a newly built apartment building on this plot. The defining aspect of the building concept is the established built environment in a narrower sense, and the historical center of Budafok in a broader sense. An important aspect in the design is to take into account the possibility of later expansion in the direction of Magdolna Street. The space requirements of the design program, the buildability of the plot, the ledge height and the relationship with the built environment together determined the mass of the building. Kossuth Lajos Street is the main street of Budafok, with a closed-row construction, which predestinates the formal design of the building. To the north of the planned building, there is a ground floor + 1-story residential building, with a firewall design. In the southern part of the plot, there is a school, which has a ground floor + 2 floors + attic. It is a special circumstance that the school building does not fit into the typically developed, basically closed-row construction method in several aspects.budafoki történeti központ.
Fontos szempont még a tervezésnél a későbbi bővítés lehetőségének figyelembe vétele a Magdolna utca irányában. A tervezési program helyigénye, a telek beépíthetősége, a párkánymagasság és az épített környezettel való kapcsolat együttesen határozta meg az épület tömegét. A Kossuth Lajos utca Budafok főutcája, zártsorú beépítéssel, mely predesztinálja az épület formai kialakítását. A tervezett épülettől északra egy földszint + 1 emeletes lakóépület helyezkedik el, tűzfalas kialakítással. A telek déli részén egy iskola található, mely földszint + 2 emelet + tetőtér beépítésű. Sajátos körülmény, hogy az iskola épülete több szempontból sem illeszkedik a jellemzően kialakult, alapvetően zártsorú építési módhoz.
