When preparing the plans, the division of the area into several plots was a customer and operator requirement, which significantly influenced the installation options. The aim was for the parking lots required for the plots to occupy as little green space as possible, and for the buildings to be positioned as airy as possible, ensuring the intimacy of the apartments. According to the concept, an outer ring ensures access to the buildings for car and pedestrian traffic, while only pedestrian walkways are formed between the buildings, with a community space protected from traffic in the center. The first 3 buildings of the residential park, consisting of 6 buildings, were designed with an identical floor plan, with 5 apartments per floor, which were mainly designed for families. In addition to the economical design, the generous size of the terraces stands out, which provides additional living space for the residents.
