In a World Heritage Site, on the hill side of the main street of Bodrogkeresztúr, a comprehensive investment aimed at revitalizing the village fabric is being created by restoring and expanding residential buildings located on several plots and by building new ones. According to the concept, a complex consisting of winery guesthouses, a small bistro, a "wellness" and an event house will provide space for those seeking relaxation.

In parallel with the planning, the project's European Union application materials were also completed.
