Dot Design, in collaboration with Qvarta, prepared the plans for the new separate wing of the Szent Kozma Clinic in the 8th district. In accordance with the program plan, the design of the general practitioner's office, psychiatry and laboratory fundamentally determined the structure, approach and main viewpoints of the building.
The outer shell of the building is clinker brick cladding, which provides mechanical protection and a more durable crust for the walls.
We consider it important to mention that during the design of the supporting structure of the building, we also left the possibility of building additional floors, which provides additional space for possible later developments.
