VILLA SZENTENDRE

The developer wanted to build a family house on a plot of land with an excellent panorama on the hillside of Szentendre. The main aspect of the planned building is therefore the slope of the plot and the opening towards the view. The large glass surfaces not only let in natural light but also the view, while the filigree ledges that extend above the ground floor and upper floor of the building provide shade during the hottest periods and protect the facades from precipitation during rainy weather. The pergola that surrounds the building further helps in shading.
The building is being built with environmentally conscious and fast CLT technology. The wood-effect and concrete materials of the facade cladding, which are ventilated in accordance with the lightweight construction method, harmonize with the anthracite-colored filigree metal structures and the huge glass surfaces.
