A condominium designed within the framework of the Futureal invitational tender, the aim of which is to economically develop the available plot in two phases into marketable condominium apartments and ground-floor commercial premises from the promenade.

In order to maximize the floor area, in addition to the smaller construction, we aimed to fully utilize the building height, and we designed a closed-row, framed building consisting of an outer and inner ring with a large inner courtyard. The outer ring follows the ledge height given by the construction, while the inner one can maximize the construction on the upper floors. The atrium circulation system was placed between the two rings, which can be accessed through vertical corridors running to the corners of the inner ring.
