The residential function of the planned house is located on one level, its usable rooms are organized around a central living-dining area according to the client's needs. This central space is connected to the garden through a semi-covered terrace, and due to the location of the building, the best view of the green area is ensured from here.

Since the requested residential functions cover the possibility of building in, the garage was designed underground. The practical solution for this is a car storage that can be lowered into a shaft, which avoids the construction of a long ramp and raising the residential function higher, which would not provide direct garden connection. The goal was to create a relatively simple, economically constructed building mass that is both exciting and expresses the living environment that the residents dreamed of.
