In addition to the usual architectural aspects, compliance with the rules of feng shui during the concept creation presented special challenges and constraints when designing the home for a family of four. Taking advantage of the terrain, we designed a two-story design, both floors of which have direct access to the garden. The upstairs living spaces are oriented towards the view, and covered and open spaces provide shading for the building and outdoor relaxation for the residents. The ground floor kitchen is in direct contact with the rear garden terrace, located in a more protected position, designed for garden gatherings. Pedestrian access is through the established front garden, from the northern facade of the building, on the ground floor. Parking is provided with a direct road connection by renovating the current garage.
