Harsánylejtő garden town is located in Óbuda, a newly emerging, continuously developing part of the city, with many modern buildings. In this environment, on a steep plot, we designed this building for two families of four. According to our concept, developed based on the design program compiled by the clients, the two apartments are built with a half-level offset, adapting to the terrain conditions, with an emphasis on the design of the front garden from the street. The building is a three-story terrace house, and the massing is dominated by large terraces accessible from every room. The decisive aspect in the design of the building was the clean form and color scheme, as well as the use of large glass surfaces.
