The architectural concept started from the existing values of the building, so that the functional layout of the hotel could also be ideal. The building's outstanding value is the inner courtyard with a loggia, accessible from the historic gateway. The essence of our concept is the reconfiguration and transformation of the inner courtyard of the historical apartment building. The hotel's atrium-hall, as a covered space, is given a new dimension, becoming a transportation, visual and essential center at the same time. The historical values of the building are most fully displayed here, transforming the courtyard atmosphere of the apartment building into a hotel atrium.

We placed the rooms on the upper floors of the building, which face the street, while on the ground floor there are the hotel's guest traffic areas and the spaces directly connected to them, the café-bar, and on the Révay Street side, in the street section with high ceilings, the conference rooms.
